Enterprise
Scale payer work with controls that procurement can inspect.
Enterprise is a controlled implementation of the same focused case system—not a promise to replace the EHR. Scope begins with roles, payer paths, source systems, data classes, contract boundaries, integration maturity, and measurable outcomes.
What can be contracted
Identity and governance
SSO/SAML scoping, mandatory MFA, tenant and capability design, support-elevation controls, policy acceptance, audit export, and security review.
Implementation
Workflow mapping, controlled data migration, role and queue configuration, training, acceptance evidence, rollback, and named operational ownership.
Integration rollout
A connection advances from sandbox through practice-specific validation only when authorization, contract, region, rate, retry, reconciliation, and support responsibilities are clear.
Service operations
Negotiated support, incident contacts, service objectives, change control, backup/recovery evidence, retention decisions, legal holds, and exit/export procedure.
Commercial scope
From $799/seat/mo with a 25-seat minimum. Larger or more complex programs are quoted after workflow and integration discovery.
See the current integration register before making architecture assumptions.
