Focused scope

Eligibility, prior authorization, denials, appeals, payer communications, deadlines, and outcomes. Not charting, prescribing, telehealth, referrals, or encounter billing.

Human accountability

Extraction and drafting accelerate work; a qualified user verifies facts, dates, criteria, and submission decisions.

Truthful maturity

A workflow or integration is described by its evidence-backed state. Planned work is never presented as live capability.

Two products, one consented handoff

DenialHelp serves individuals navigating a denial. ApprovalHelp serves practices doing payer work. They remain distinct products and brands. When a patient chooses to share a case with a practice, access is explicit, auditable, and revocable; the case is not copied into a shadow record.

Safety before automation

Unknown payer rules stay unknown. A candidate deadline carries its source and confidence. Destructive retention stops for legal review or legal hold. Raw PHI does not fall back to an unapproved model path. High-impact actions require the right role and, where needed, recent authentication.

Claims

Quantitative public claims require an owner, evidence locator, population, review date, and expiry.

Approved data classes and contract boundaries live in registries used by both runtime gates and public disclosure.
