## Product boundary

- ApprovalHelp is not an electronic health record and does not replace clinical judgment.
- Prior authorizations and appeals are consecutive stages of one payer case, not disconnected tools.
- AI output remains a draft. Deterministic controls own identifiers, deadlines, sources, required evidence, workflow state, and authorization.
- Integration labels are exact: available, private pilot, sandbox-validated, in certification, planned, or unsupported. A planned connection is not presented as working.

- $1,999/mo for Practice Starter.
- $4,999/mo for Practice Growth.
- From $799/seat/mo with a 25-seat minimum.

## Security and access

- Practice data is tenant-scoped; server-side capabilities govern read, modify, assign, export, sign, file, billing, security, and administration actions.
- Professional access requires MFA, short idle sessions, revocation controls, and recent authentication for high-impact actions.
- A patient may grant a practice access to one DenialHelp case through an expiring, revocable, purpose-limited invitation. Unrelated patient history is not shared.
- Vendor, AI, retention, and integration status are held in reviewed registries rather than Boolean marketing claims.
